Description: The plaintiff had just come out of McDonald's and was waiting for a street cab when the defendant officers approached and arrested the plaintiff using excessive force and tightly handcuffed him. The plaintiff was taken to a nearby plaintiff and told that he was being charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property due to being suspected to be associated with another individual who had committed such crimes. The charges were later dismissed. On a later incident, the defendant officers showed up at the plaintiff's home and arrested him taking him to the 67th Precinct for questioning.
