Description: On June 23, 2016, in the vicinity of the No. 2 train station, White Plains Rd and E. 241 St, Bronx NY, Plaintiff was on his way to visit with his girlfriend in the hospital when defendants stopped, handcuffed and arrested him. After receiving treatment at the local Bronx hospital, Plaintiff was removed to the TD 12 precinct. At the precinct, Plaintiff was held in a holding cell occupied with other males for several hours. Plaintiff was released from the precinct with a DAT.
