Complaint
Description: On February 8, 2016, was picking up pizza for his family when defendants pulled up in a vehicle by plaintiff. Plaintiff was rapping a song as she walked, and defendants asked her whether she was threatening them. She replied in the negative. Defendants then exited their vehicle and detained, handcuffed and arrested plaintiff. Defendant Treglia then slammed plaintiff's head against the police vehicle. Defendants then transported plaintiff to the 48th precinct, where they tightened plaintiff's handcuffs several times. Plaintiff was released several hours later.
