Description: On August 14, 2007, plaintiff was arrested by defendant police officers, after he had helped another man wanted as an accused murderer surrender himself to the police. While being arrested, the plaintiff was bitten by police K-9's, pushed against a metal fence and forcefully moved back and forth sideways. The defendant police officers overreacted to a non crime situation, deploying helicopters and K-9's, ultimately resulting in physical injuries (unspecified) to plaintiff and to a lesser extent his grandmother. Since the arrest, plaintiff claims he has been harassed by members of the NYPD through unwarranted stops and searches.
