Description: On April 6, 2022, defendant Officer Henry Mancebo, arrested plaintiff and refused to give him a reason for his arrest despite plaintiff asking why he was being arrested at Broadway and Carol Street in the Bronx. Plaintiff was pulled over without explanation and licence was demanded. He requested officers call sergeant to request the reason. Defendant officers began to punch plaintiff until he fell to the ground. While he was on the ground defendant Mancebo and other defendant officers continued to kick plaintiff causing serious physical and emotional injuty.
