Description: On September 7, 2020 Plaintiff, Mr. Jamel Thomas was lawfully present in his vehicle driving on the street in the vicinity of 141 Central Park North, County, City, State of New York. Plaintiff was driving when he came upon traffic blocking the road and lawfully inquired to Defendants, RONNIE CARACCIOLI (“CARACCIOLI”), Defendants, JOHN or JANE DOE 1-10, as to why there was blockage on the streetway. Defendants then illegally approached Plaintiff and falsely accused him of the criminal offense of driving while under the influence, and demanded that he exit his vehicle, without probable cause. Description: On August 1, 2017 defendant NYPD officer Ronnie Caraccioli assaulted and battered plaintiff using unnecessary and excessive force, causing several physical injuries. Plaintiff was then unlawfully detained, arrested and imprisoned by NYPD officers including Caraccioli, and was mistreated while in custody, causing further injuries.
