Description: On or about July 27, 2019, in the Bronx NY, Plaintiffs were all walking home for a local eatery, towards their respective homes, when they stopped, handcuffed and arrested by Defendants NYPD Officers Cabera, Crain, and Brennan. At no time did Plaintiff engage in any illegal or unlawful activity. After being falsely arrested, while inside of Central Booking, Plaintiffs were forced to remain inside of a holding cell for hours with numerous other people who harassed them, a holding cell without a working toilet. Each were charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest, charges which were eventually dropped.

On October 10, 2017, due to false information passed to the Bronx DA, plaintiff was arraigned on charges of Criminal possession of a controlled substance. On May 24, 2018, all charges were dismissed.
