Description: On June 5, 2013, Plaintiff was inside his residence on Vermont Street, in Brooklyn, NY, when defendant officers knocked on Plaintiff's door and demanded to be let in. Officers informed Plaintiff someone had called for police. Plaintiff informed the officers the person who called for police had left.
