Description: On May 18, 2022, plaintiff Mr. Robson was 50 years old and working as a kitchen manager at a cloud kitchen pop-up restaurant. He was attempting to return to his home and entered a subway station in Manhattan. While waiting for his train, he sat down on the stairs leading from the subway platform to a mezzanine level.
