Description: On "numerous occasions" beginning in November 2011 Plaintiff was ordered by his precinct captain (Defendant Veneziano) to withdraw, falsify, and or alter properly classified felony complaints reported in the NYPD crime statistic reports. When Plaintiff did not comply Veneziano threatened Plaintiff with retaliation in December 2011 with discipline and failure to issue complaint reports.
