Description: On May 9, 2024, officers Philip Siu and John Does and Jane Does 1-10 falsely accused Plaintiff of crimes he did not commit. Such officers tightly handcuffed, seized, and repeatedly and brutally assaulted and battered Plaintiff. Plaintiff was then imprisoned at the police precinct and denied the medical attention he needed as a result of the injuries he sustained from the beating.
