Description: Plaintiff was standing outside a nightclub when defendant officers pushed him and told him to disperse. Plaintiff walked across the street and began filming the officers actions when they tackled him to the ground. Plaintiff was arrested, taken to a precinct, and charged with disorderly conduct which was later dismissed. When Plaintiff's property was returned, the cell phone he used to record the police was missing.
