Description: On April 4, 2019, at approximately 5:00 p.m., several police officers including NYPD officer Jonathan Chabrier and others were on duty and in the vicinity of East 163rd Street and Kelly Street, County of Bronx, when they approached the plaintiff who was doing nothing illegal, improper or acting suspicious in anyway. Officer Chabrier and the other NYPD officers unlawfully detained the plaintiff without probable cause and by means of excessive force before conducting a strip search and falsely prosecuting the plaintiff with committing a crime.
