Description: On July 22, 2019, at approximately 11:00 p.m., in the vicinity of Irwin Street between Shore Boulevard and Oriental Boulevard in Kings County, Plaintiffs Zaven Amirdjanyan, David Frost and Ernest Khazardijan were illegally stopped, seized, searched, battered, assaulted, detained, and arrested by Defendant NYPD Police Officers, including George Kushmakov, Joseph Buttigheri, and Basil Lawes. Plaintiffs were transported to the 61st Precinct and illegally detained for between 22 and 26 hours before being released.
