Description: On Jan. 11, 2012, Defendants NYPD Officers Miguel Sanchez and John Does 1-5 arrested Plaintiff without probable cause. The officers illegally searched Plaintiff and made discriminatory and lewd comments about Plaintiff's sexual orientation, specifically regarding his homosexuality. The officers intentionally, harmfully, and offensively touched Plaintiff. Plaintiff was wrongfully accused and imprisoned on charges of criminal trespass and other related charges for over 4 hours before being released.
