Description: On October 17, 2022, Plaintiff was searching a Bronx neighborhood for her missing daughter, who had run away from school. Plaintiff called the police to report her daughter missing. After a few hours, PO David and a group of unknown POs arrived at Plaintiff's residence to question her before leaving. A few hours later, the POs returned to Plaintiff's residence with the daughter and two unknown women who had located her.
