Description: On October 17, 2022, Plaintiff was searching a Bronx neighborhood for her missing daughter, who had run away from school. Plaintiff called the police to report her daughter missing. After a few hours, PO David and a group of unknown POs arrived at Plaintiff's residence to question her before leaving. A few hours later, the POs returned to Plaintiff's residence with the daughter and two unknown women who had located her.
The POs, including Officer David, then informed Plaintiff that she was under arrest for allegedly assaulting and endangering the welfare of her daughter, despite offering no explanation or supporting evidence. When Plaintiff denied these charges, the POs pushed their way into Plaintiff's home ...
