Description: On March 24, 2023, at approximately 21:30pm, Plaintiff was in obeisance of all laws when he was unlawfully stopped, detained, battered, and assaulted, seized and searched, and falsely arrested by or at the direction of Defendant NYPD officers including Diego Apuango and John or Hane Doe 1-10. Plaintiff was lawfully present inside his house located at 126 Weirfield Street, County of Kings, NY. On said date and time, Plaintiff was issued an order of protection from the family court in which Plaintiff shall not engage in any conversation with his son.
