Description: On April 22, 2023, the Plaintiff was assaulted, falsely arrested, and detained for eight hours. After three court appearances later, all charges were dismissed. on January 30, 2024, Plaintiff was unlawfully stopped and searched for complaints against the defendants for the previous false arrest.
