Description: Plaintiff was in his home when police officers illegally entered his residence without showing any form of search warrant. When the plaintiff protested the entry, they punched him, tore out the plaintiff's hair, kicked, choked, and shoved him. They arrested and handcuffed the plaintiff. Even after the charges against him were dismissed, he had observed police officers parked outside of his home on multiple occasions.
