Description: On October 6, 2010, plaintiff was lawfully present in the NYC HRA office located on Northern Boulevard, Queens, when defendant Jones approached plaintiff and informed her she could not stand where she was standing. When plaintiff attempted to leave the location, defendant Rosario physically escorted plaintiff out of the location, bumping plaintiff with his chest. While plaintiff was walking out of the location, Jones stated to plaintiff, "nasty bitch."
