Description: On March 12, 2013, the Plaintiff was struck by a vehicle. He received medical treatment and came back home. Next day, a Marshall tried to forcibly enter the Plaintiff's apartment to take pictures. The plaintiff kept the Marshall's ID and left for work. Few hours later, the Marshall banged on the apartment door of the Plaintiff. The plaintiff's wife called the Plaintiff, who in turn called 911.
