Description: On March 20, 2019, Plaintiff Melody Medina returned to her Bronx apartment after going shopping to find NYPD Officers Christopher Dukes, Gordon Brown, Douglas Cornel, and an Unidentified Officer standing in her apartment. Medina asked the Defendants why they were in her apartment and they responded that they were executing an arrest warrant for Victor Rodriguez. Medina asked for details about the warrant and Defendants attacked her - pushing her chest and slamming her into the wall and floor. Defendants then arrested Plaintiff Medina and handcuffed her, despite Medina not engaging in any unlawful behavior.
