Description: On or about May 15, 2016, Plaintiff Alban Fiseku was on the street outside an MTA Bus Depot on Yukon Avenue in Staten Island when he was hit by a vehicle operated by Defendant NYPD Officer Mathew Reich. At the time of the impact, Reich was driving negligently and recklessly. Fiseku was seriously injured by the collision.
