Description: On November 10, 2021, defendant officers, including JENNIFER VASQUEZ and BRENDA MALDONADO, wrongly stopped, searched, seized, detained and arrested plaintiff DANYAL SOREL. Defendants, including VASQUEZ and MALDONADO, illegally approached Plaintiff before forcefully grabbing, holding or striking Plaintiff about his body and head. Defendants, including VASQUEZ and MALDONADO, then illegally seized, detained and questioned Plaintiff regarding criminal activity and illicit items without probable cause.
