Description: On August 11, 2023, Plaintiff was lawfully and properly present on the premises where she was unlawfully detained and assaulted by Defendant Officers Monelli, Leo and John Does 1-5. Plaintiff did not possess a weapon of any kind during the incident. Plaintiff was seriously and permanently injured. The detainment and physical force of the Plaintiff was not justified by probable cause or other legal privilege.
