Complaint
Description: On August 9, 2015 Plaintiff was wrongfully arrested with excessive force by POs Steven Schmitt and Jermaine Scott without legal justification. Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted and all charges were ultimately dismissed on September 25, 2015. Plaintiff suffered personal injuries, violation of civil rights, negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress, anguish, anxiety, fear, humiliation, and reputational damage as a result of this incident.
