Description: On January 29, 2016, Plaintiff was awoken to the sound of POs knocking on his bedroom door. The POs stated to Plaintiff they did not want to speak to him in connection with any crime. Plaintiff informed them he did not want to speak with them or let them in his bedroom. The POs became aggressive, threatening, and demanding. They asked Plaintiff to exit his bedroom. Plaintiff complied. PO Estevez then tased Plaintiff in the stomach and chest, causing Plaintiff to lose consciousness and experience pain, loss of motor skills, blurry vision, and trouble breathing.
