Philip Kara, and Sgt. Novaidul Neon, entered the home of Professor Allred, an adjunct professor at Rutgers, without a warrant or exigent circumstances. The police told him that a Rutgers student's parent had complained to the Rutgers University Police Department that he made negative or disturbing comments while teaching students the day after Donald Trump's presidential victory.
