Description: On February 26, 2020, plaintiff was lawfully inside her residence. POs Livingston, Lopez, Altilio and John/Jane Does 1-10 were at the building investigating a call from a complaining resident. They knocked on the door to plaintiff's residence, without probable cause or justification and without a warrant. Plaintiff opened the door and then the officers told her they were there to ask her questions. The officers entered under false pretenses, and as plaintiff got dressed, they conducted an illegal search of her residence.
