Description: Plaintiff was outside in a friend's backyard, smoking a cigarette when he heard a loud noise, people screaming, and people telling to get on the floor and not move. Plaintiff ran out of the backyard and jumped over a fence and hid. Eventually, officers found him on the rear of 618 Macon Street, Brooklyn, NY with their weapons drawn. Officers ordered plaintiff to get on his knees and put his hands behind his back and complied. Officers then forced his face to the ground, punched and kicked him in the arms.
