Description: On March 27, 2012, NYPD officers Chai and Fadoul, acting together with KPC officers, entered and searched / caused a search of Plaintiff’s residence without legal basis. Plaintiff had been a Family Care Provider since 2004. Prior to March 27, 2012, Plaintiff had been subject to an arrest; the DA’s office had declined to prosecute and the matter was dismissed.
