Description: On 12/20/2019, Plaintiff was asleep in the living room of an apartment located at 2023 Caton Ave. Plaintiff became aware that defendant/s had entered the apartment. Defendant/s had entered without presenting a warrant. Defendant/s were yelling, cursing, and pointing a gun into the face of the plaintiff without probable cause and without reasonable cause. defendant/s were swat officers carrying riot shields and helmets. Plaintiff was immediately handcuffed and taken against his will by the defendant/'s in a police vehicle to the 70th Precinct. Plaintiff was not given a Miranda Warning.
