Description: On or about July 21, 2018, Plaintiff lawfully hired Defendant Losseny Cisse as a driver to travel to a destination by hired vehicle. Though Cisse had told Plaintiff the fare for travel would be $12, Cisse insisted on a $15 fare upon reaching the destination. After paying Cisse $12, Plaintiff instructed her friend who was with her, to exit the vehicle in order to obtain an addition $3. Upon Plaintiff’s friend exiting the vehicle, Cisse purposely confined Plaintiff by refusing to allow her to exit the vehicle and placed the vehicle in motion. Cisse then insisted that Plaintiff do an indecent act in exchange for the excessive fare. Plaintiff insisted that they travel to the precinct, which Cisse only agreed to aft...
