Description: On September 16, 2017, Plaintiff was violently assaulted and arrested on charges of felony assault by NYPD Sergeant Heffernan and other, unnamed officers at Citi Field Stadium. Defendants used excessive force to restrain Plaintiff, despite having no probable cause to detain or arrest him. Plaintiff was also searched without cause. As a result of Defendants’ use of excessive force, their baseless arrest of the Plaintiff, and the injuries suffered by the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff suffered damage to his personal and professional reputation, suffered emotional distress, and suffered lasting unnamed physical injuries.

Description: On September 30, 2011, in the vicinity of 10th Street, Queens, NY, plaintiff was driving in his car with his fiancé. Defendants Pizzino and Doe approached and stopped the car without cause. Defendant officers demanded to see plaintiff’s driver’s license and registration. Plaintiff went to get the documents, but the defendant officers grabbed him from the car, and threw him on the ground, and when plaintiff complained they pepper sprayed him.
