Description: On March 22, 2021, at approximately 9:00 a.m., in the vicinity of 953 E 42nd Street in Kings County, Plaintiff Dexter Bollers was illegally stopped, seized, searched, battered and assaulted, detained, and arrested by Defendant NYPD Police Officers, including Liliana Cruz. Defendant Police Officers walked up to Plaintiff and accused him of a criminal offense based upon an allegation that Plaintiff possessed a knife. Defendant Police Officers handcuffed Plaintiff too tightly, transported Plaintiff to 63rd Precinct, where he was illegally detained for 12 hours and then detained for 13 hours in Central Booking. Defendant Police Officers affirmed the truth of the fabricated allegations against Plaintiff in the crimi...
