Description: On or about October 20, 2015 at or around 8:00 PM, PLAINTIFF was lawfully in his home lying on his bed in the Bronx. Approximately 6 police officers, including Defendant Austin and Doe defendants, came to residence after responding to a call involving an incident that occurred approximately four (4) days prior to this incident. Plaintiff asked Defendants what was going on. Defendant Austin told Plaintiff he was going to shock him with a taser despite the fact that he lacked any justification to do so. Defendant Austin then tased Plaintiff as he was getting off his bed in compliance with Defendant Austin's orders and handcuffed him.
