Complaint
Description: On January 10, 2019, plaintiff was entering the house of a friend's apartment, where he was met by defendant POs Pryce, Castellano, Rhymer and John and/or Jane Doe 1-10 who were inside the lobby with a number of children who were caught smoking. When plaintiff denied that he was trespassing, defendant POs violently attacked plaintiff using a baton and a taser and repeatedly punched him in the face. Subsequently, defendant POs knowingly provided false information to the District Attorney's Office, falsely accusing plaintiff of multiple crimes, including assault in the second degree. After his arrest, Plaintiff was detained for about two weeks at a hospital where he was treated for his injuries and at Central Boo...
