Description: On April 18, 2022, Plaintiff Rashawnt Mack was lawfully present at the NYPD's 43rd Precinct in the Bronx, NY. Plaintiff had entered the precinct to request a form to report an NYPD officer for false arrest. Without provocation, Defendant NYPD Officer Randolph Pena-Medina, as well as two Defendant NYPD Officer John Does, then assaulted Plaintiff and threw him down a flight of stairs. Plaintiff suffered severe bodily injuries.
