Description: On August 18, 2018, plaintiff was falsely arrested by defendants for trespassing into a privately-owned apartment building located at 9720 Kings Highway where he was visiting his friend who was a tenant in the building and who invited plaintiff into the building as her guest. On the same day, plaintiff visited his friend for around 2 hours and then left her apartment to go home.
