Description: On June 9, 2024, near 175 E. 112th St, NY, NY, Plaintiff was standing outside acting lawfully when defendants told plaintiff to move from the sidewalk. With force, defendant threw plaintiff to the ground causing injuries. A water bottle fell out of her pocket and defendant claimed she was littering. Plaintiff was given a ticket and taken into custody and detained by defendants.
