Description: Plaintiff and three other individuals observed a fight. Defendant officers stopped plaintiff and accused him of participating in the fight. Plaintiff was physically assaulted, treated at the hospital, relocated to the 90th precinct. Plaintiff was charged with assault in the second degree, assault in the third degree and resisting arrest.
