Description: On August 11, 2015 and August 13, 2015, Defendant POs falsely arrested Plaintiff twice in two days. On August 11, Plaintiff was lawfully present on a street corner when Defendant POs, including Defendant CASTILLO unlawfully stopped, searched, and arrested Plaintiff despite having no reasonably suspicion or probably cause. At the time of the August 11 arrest, Plaintiff lawfully possessed a box cutter for work. Defendant POs falsely accused Plaintiff of "possession of a box cutter with intent to use" and informed employees of the Bronx DA that they had observed Plaintiff commit crimes.
