Description: On April 8, 2014, at approximately 5:00 a.m., Plaintiff Muhammad was at home sleeping with his family, at 211 Southern Boulevard, 4B, Bronx, NY, when Defendants, including Police Officers Geist, Gaston, Disimone, Farrell, Reyes, Batista, Smith, Green, Talleyrand, Oktrova, Warkenthein and John or Jane Doe 1 through 10 knocked on their door and claimed they had a warrant for an individual named "Mutar Mohammed." Plaintiff's girlfriend answered the door and told the Defendant Officers that nobody with that name lived at that location.
