Description: On or about August 3, 2019, plaintiff's vehicle was struck by another vehicle. In response, NYPD Lieutenant Angel Vasquez, officer Egemen Ayoin, and officer Michael Gorgano arrived at the scene and handcuffed plaintiff before transporting him to the 84th Precinct. The officers falsely informed plaintiff that there was an open warrant for his arrest.
