Description: On January 27, 2018, Plaintiff was lawfully driving near Columbia St. and East Houston St. in New York when he was unlawfully stopped by Defendant officers. After providing his license and registration, Plaintiff was forcibly removed from his vehicle, and both he and the vehicle were searched without consent, probable cause, or legal justification, with no contraband found.
