Description: On July 6, 2018, NYPD Officers executed a search warrant at 487 Carlton Avenue, Apt. 25K, where Mr. Norman Long lives with roommates. Mr. Long was arrested for possession of a small amount of oxycodone, even though the oxycodone was prescribed to him by a doctor and therefore in his possession lawfully. The Officers unreasonably used force while arresting Mr. Long. At no point did Mr. Long resist arrest.
