Description: On or about January 30, Naphtali Polynice returned home to find several police cars in front of her home and officers executing a search warrant for her uncle. Neighbors told her her grandmother had been screaming from inside the house. Ms. Polynice knocked on the front door, explained to the officer she lived there and asked to see/speak with her grandmother. Officers initially refused.
Shortly after, Inspector William Taylor grabbed Ms. Polynice, pulled her into the house and then handcuffed her behind her back. Insp Taylor refused to loosen the handcuffs when Ms. Polynice asked.
