Description: On or about October 19, 2019, Plaintiff, a female of black African American descent, was stopped, questioned, searched, and arrested without probable cause or a warrant at the intersection of 124th Street and Lenox Avenue by Officers Ian Abramowitz, Michael Porr, and Hilary Hudson, as well as 10 Doe Officers. Plaintiff was driving in her car when the aforementioned officers approached her and accused her of being involved in a motor vehicle accident while intoxicated. Certain of the officers - not specified in the complaint - tightly handcuffed Plaintiff.
