Description: Plaintiff was in his home when Officer Dennis and another Officer knocked on Mr. Cabrera's door and told him there was a warrant for his arrest on DWI charges. Mr. Cabrera had never been arrested before and tried to explain that to both Officers, when they asked Mr. Cabrera to accompany them down stairs, which he did since he knew he had not done anything wrong. When they got downstairs Mr. Cabrera was handcuffed and taken to the 30th precinct where he was issued a Desk Appearance Ticket for possession of a forged instrument. Charge was later dismissed.
