Description: On April 18, 2014 Plaintiff was lawfully at an intersection when PO Asim Sheikh, PO Vanessa Tejada, PO John Doe, and PO John Roe summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, detained, and arrested Plaintiff without legal justification and motivated by racial bias. Plaintiff was wrongfully imprisoned, subjected to a strip search, and maliciously prosecuted. Plaintiff was incarcerated for over 24 hours and required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against her were terminated favorably.
